Ingredients
Coconut flour, Cheese powder, Egg albumin powder, Hing and salt.
Instructions:
1.Take one cup of mix- approx. 50gms
2.Can add panner (200gms) or 2-3 eggs - or both to get sufficient batter to make a meal
3.Add required amount of water and blend it to a smooth batter.
4.Now make idli/dosa in with ghee or butter or coconut oil, please maintain medium flame to avoid burning.
5.Delicious idli/dosa is ready, treat your tase buds with your favourite chutney.
